Services Overview
Three services built for how educational organizations work
Each Oxebridge service addresses a distinct area of education finance. Many organizations find that two or all three work well together — but each one stands independently and is priced accordingly.

What each service covers and who it's for
Oxebridge offers three accounting services, each designed for a specific aspect of education finance. They can be engaged separately or in combination, depending on what your organization needs at a given time.
The monthly services run on a recurring basis and are structured to grow with your organization's reporting needs. The accreditation documentation service is a project-based engagement tied to an accreditation cycle.
Service 01 — Monthly
Education Sector Accounting
Full financial management for private schools, tutoring centers, and educational organizations. This service covers tuition revenue tracking, scholarship fund accounting, program-based cost allocation, and preparation of reports for boards and accrediting bodies.
Monthly reports separate operating results by program or department. Suitable for educational entities with annual budgets between $250K and $5M.
What's Included
Monthly program-by-program financial statements
Tuition revenue tracking and allocation
Scholarship fund accounting within general ledger
Board-ready financial reports, formatted monthly
Program cost allocation and departmental separation
Ongoing access for financial questions between reporting cycles
Service 02 — Monthly
Scholarship & Financial Aid Fund Tracking
Dedicated accounting for scholarship funds and financial aid programs. This service maintains clear separation between restricted and unrestricted resources, tracks awards granted and disbursements made, and produces reports suitable for donor communication and compliance documentation.
Designed for schools and organizations managing multiple scholarship programs where per-fund visibility is a regular requirement.
What's Included
Individual tracking for each scholarship fund
Awards granted and disbursements recorded per fund
Restricted vs. unrestricted resource separation
Fund balance reports formatted for donor communication
Compliance documentation support for multiple programs
Remaining balance visibility per fund at each reporting cycle
Service 03 — Project Based
Accreditation Financial Documentation
Preparation of financial reports and supporting schedules required as part of institutional accreditation processes. This service covers financial viability assessments, audited financial statement compilations, and narrative explanations of financial trends in the format specified by accrediting bodies.
Structured to help educational institutions navigate the financial documentation portion of their accreditation cycle without requiring internal staff to produce specialized documents from standard accounting outputs.
What's Included
Financial viability assessments per accrediting body requirements
Audited financial statement compilations for submission
Narrative financial trend explanation in required format
Supporting schedules and supplemental documentation
Review for format compliance with specific accrediting body standards
One accreditation cycle per engagement
Using Services Together
How the Services Work in Combination
Full Monthly Management
Education Sector Accounting combined with Scholarship Fund Tracking covers the complete monthly financial picture — operating results by program, fund balances, and donor-ready scholarship reports from a single engagement.
Accounting + Accreditation
Monthly accounting management with accreditation documentation when a cycle arrives. Because the underlying records are maintained throughout the year, accreditation documentation draws directly from an already well-structured financial record.
Complete Coverage
All three services together provide full financial management, scholarship fund tracking, and accreditation-ready documentation — covering every major financial reporting obligation an educational organization typically carries.
Not Sure Which Applies?
If you're not certain which combination fits your organization's current situation, a brief conversation usually clarifies it quickly. We can discuss your existing structure, reporting obligations, and what's creating the most administrative friction.
